البرج "the pad tower" هو اول برج شقق للوكالة الهندسية cybertecture الموجودة في دبي خليج الاعمال ،التي من المقرر تسليمها في عام 2009. "the pad tower" يجسد رؤية من "عيش المستقبل".
وهو مزيج من التكنولوجيا والهندسه المعماريه.حيث ان وكالة Cybertecture تسعى الى المحاولات الراميه الى اعطاء نهج جديد لبناء الانسان في القرن الحادي والعشرين .
the pad tower هو مبنى برج صمم كمنشأة حية و شابة. وهو يمثل منشأة عصرية للشباب ، حيث يمكن الحصول على أقصى حد من الحياة ، والتكنولوجيا التي تستخدمها. انها حياة رائعه حيث موقعها التكنولوجيا في موقعها.
و تتكون من 26 طوابق تحتوي على أكثر من 231 شقة سكنيه ذكية ،تمتع"خليج الاعمال" باكثر من نصف الرأي من دبي ، والباقي على افتتاح اعلى مبنى في دبي و العالم : برج دبى.
